When you're going through more difficult times, or feel the need for greater clarity, a counselling session can make all the difference.

From the very first meeting with our psychosocial counsellor, you'll be welcomed in a caring, non-judgmental way. She'll begin to understand what you're going through, what brings you here, what you need - at your own pace. Even if this is your first experience, you don't need to know or explain everything at once. You'll be working as a team.

Meetings last 55 minutes and take place via videoconference, in the comfort of the location of your choice. It often takes 2 or 3 meetings for the counsellor to be able to draw up a portrait of your situation, identify your real needs and build with you a game plan plan. This plan may include concrete strategies, food for thought, or referral to other resources if needed.

This service is offered to affordable rates for studentsbecause taking care of your mental health should always be possible, no matter what your budget.

The listening and support you need

A moment for yourself, a space for well-being.

Are you going through a difficult period? Do you feel the need to be listened to, understood and supported? Working with a psychosocial counsellor is a respectful and humane process, centered on you.

From the very first meeting, the practitioner begins to work with you. Together, you explore your concerns and needs. You don't need to have everything in hand right from the start: the process is gentle, in a climate of trust and respect.

Meetings take place by videoconference, last 55 minutes and allow you to drop off in a secure environment. It may take 2 or 3 meetings for the counsellor to fully grasp your situation, clarify your needs and co-construct a plan of action. personalized action planto your image.
