Dr. Séverine Mazur welcomes patients for a rapid in-person assessment health problems high, simple and recent. The no-appointment service (SRDV) allows you to obtain a consultation same day, for efficient, safe care.

Appointments open every morning at 7 h 00. They must be prepaid and are non-refundable, This is the case unless there is a compelling reason to do so, or the area can be taken over by another patient.

You can be seen same day for a health problem acute, recent and uncomplicated :
fever, cough, sore throat, ear infection, gastrointestinal infection, urinary tract infection, skin reaction, small wound, or simply concern about a new symptom. It can make all the difference.

As soon as the SRDV is reserved for, you receive a health questionnaire to complete to help the SRDV run as smoothly as possible. 

Even if this is your first SRDV experience, you don't need to know or explain everything at once. You'll team up with the doctor.

Encounters last 20 to 30 minutes in the comfort of our office on Lakeshore Road in Dorval. 

This is a consultation short, centered on a single motif to assess a rapidly-appearing symptom.

  • Weight management, obesity, eating disorders

  • Problems that have been present for weeks or months

  • Forms, legal documents, complex renewals

  • Potentially serious and complex situations:

    • severe shortness of breath

    • limb weakness

    • confusion

    • fever in infants under 1 year old

    • complex wounds

    • any urgent symptom
